In this phase, we will focus in on the fundamentals of building a stable business and asking the big questions. Once we understand your specific goals, we will teach you how to use the systems and models to reach them. At the same time, you’ll learn to measure your success so you know when you’ve met your goals and can celebrate your success!

Step 1 - Launch

WE WILL SET YOU ON THE RIGHT PATH BY:

 

  • Getting you into the right frame of mind and showing you how you can act without fear
     

  • Building a financial and budgeting model that is realistic and achievable
     

  • Teaching you about the existing systems available to you and how best to implement and use them
     

  • Showing you how to build a lead generation model that fits the business you want to run

 

Step 2 - Grow

GROW

By the time you’ve reached the Grow phase, you have a solid foundation and are ready to take things to next level to increase your profits and success.

Now it’s time to leverage and maximize the tools you already have in place and add new ones that will streamline your processes to help you get better results.


At the same time, we will review your organizational model and either improve on it if it’s working for you or implement a whole new one.

  • Make you a master of the 80/20 rule that we live by
     

  • Maximize your listings and leads

Step 3 - Harvest

HARVEST

In the Harvest phase, you should be able to really appreciate the fruits of your labour and understand how to successfully exit the business while still allowing it to generate income for you.

We can help you make sure that, through careful planning, you are in the driver’s seat and will avoid the mistakes others have made at this phase in their career.

This is when you will fully learn how to get the most out of what you have spent years building. You’ll make your established business and your investment in it work for you.
